Unequivocally, most companies do not optimize all of their
resources, especially their human ones.

Though people are their single biggest expenditure, their true
consideration in the other expense equations is minimal. This is
because the next largest expenditures – the organization
support infrastructure that supports  work and the worker  -

include human asset support goals in their investment analysis.

  • IT shifts from data repository to work process
    enhancement and engagement.
  • Management shifts from control to facilitation and
    integration.
  • Leadership shifts from command to inspiration and
    evolution.
