Translating Work Styles into Work+Places – for Businesses
There are three main categories of work modes. One type can be accommodated in
a closed office, one in cube areas and the other is rarely, if ever, given
consideration in a typical office environment. If 100% of your workforce is in open
offices and only 1/3 work well in that type of workspace, 2/3 of the employees are
working in a workplace that doesn’t support their productivity. This workshop
covers how to translate employee personal work modes into the workplace; the
difference between work types and work mode types and how to tailor your
workplace to support all modes worker productivity.
