Locking your laptop is a must. Besides the money,
think of the hassle if you lost it.
Here a two versions of a simple cable lock. I use the
one with the keys. Just loop through a chair leg rung
when you are working in a coffee shop. Hopefully,
someone leaving quickly with a laptop dragging a
chair behind will draw attention.
