Not all companies will be a 21st century businees and can evolve to be a
newWorkPlace. We have developed this three part workshop to help you
determine whether
- your business is a 20th or 21st century business
- whether you need to evolve, to what extent or even have the potential
to do so
- what specific areas of your work support infrastructure need to
transition, to what extent and the impact on your existing business
This workshop is in three parts. If after any part, either of us determines that
your business is really not a 21st century business or can not greatly benefit
from evolving, we stop at that point.
However, we recommend everyone take all three parts. Under the heading of
continuous learning, they know they contain eye-opening thoughts, new
perspectives and new models for business success. They will plant seeds of
knowledge - ideas for your future potential.
Part One: Future Vision
Togethefr, we look at what and where your business today and where do you
see your business in 3, 5 and 10 years. How is this different, if any. Look at the
elements in our Evolution Quotient - those key business factors necessary for
2st century business success and growth. Examine their relevance to your
business growth and rank where you lie in each.
Outcome: Your Evolution Quotient
If your Evolution Quotient is medium to high, we will take you to through the
next step.
Part Two: High Level Potential (opportunity)Analysis
We examine your current state, what comprises your business philosophies
today and weigh them against new business realities. What external and internal
barriors and opportunities exist in the areas of:
- The external drivers and trends affecting your business. Most of which
you have no control over and some that you do. We determine which
truly affect you and which are just noise.
- Your internal motivators - those elements that are driving change and
growth, where they are sending you and whether that should really be
your destination.
- Your cultural myths of resistance and existing sacred cows. Which are
true and which need to be sent out to pasture or ground into hamburger.

the business to work in anyplace. To do so is dependent on the alignment of the
five main divisions of your organizational infrastructure that support work -
Leadership, Management, HR, IT, and WP - with that goal.
newWorkPlaces call for new business models and new strategies. This
workshop is developed to enable you to connect the dots between the triad of
these organizational entities that create workplace, the work that you do and
your goals as a buiness. In this session we will:
- Assess the strategic goals and philosophies that currently govern the
decisions made by each part of the infrastructure. And re-align them for
the future.
- Learn about new trending, options and solutions for work in anyplace
- Analyze your key success factor for each
- Re-align any for the future by developing a high-level strategic outling to
fill the gaps and transition from an old to a newworkplace,
enabling you to develop the best path, the one right for your business to take to
