Over the years I come to understand that making new workplaces work is about more
than place. Place is just one of many crucial parts of a larger system that enables people
to work – productively, effectively, happily.

As a result, I have put together a number of workshops, both mine and from others, to
help people, employees at all levels of the organization, make the change, to transition
from old workplaces to the new workplaces – to weather their
Business WorkQuake™.
These workshops fall beyond the typical HR offerings. They are targeted specifically to
help people accomplish the both the physical and psychological evolution needed for
success in new work environments.
